Good morning,
We have children that attend Meadowlark Elementary and we live on the east side of Ferguson
in Diamond Estates. We are in need of a safe crossing for the students that live on this side ofFerguson. We have had some serious close calls with vehicles not yielding or stopping for
bikes and pedestrians crossing Ferguson. With the increase in traffic on Ferguson betweenOak and Durston, I feel that crossing this street has become dangerous. Vehicles tend to drive
very fast on this part of Ferguson and there is never a police presence to enforce the speedlimit. Please take this into serious consideration for the safety of the students attending
Meadowlark and the future students that will be attending the high school.
