Action Items 1. 18287 16 Willson Site Plan (Rosenberg) A Site Plan application to allow the construction of eight residential structures containing 16 townhouses unit with a detached garage and guest room and associated site improvements.  18287 Staff Report  18287 Application Materials  18287 Plans & Renderings 2. 18275 Rosa Apartments Ph. 2 & 3 Site Plan (Rogers) A Site Plan application to allow the construction of four 18-unit apartment buildings in two phases of the Rosa Apartments Master Site Plan area with parking, open space, and associated site improvements. 72 units will be constructed with this application.
