SUBJECT: Appoint Assistant City Manager Anna Rosenberry to the Montana
Municipal Interlocal Authority (MMIA) Board of Directors to a
2018-2020 Term

RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Assistant City Manager Anna Rosenberry to the MMIA Board of Directors to serve a term of two years, effective September 28, 2018.
BACKGROUND: In accordance with the Interlocal Agreement and Bylaws of the MMIA, the
City of Bozeman is entitled to appoint a member to the Board to serve a term of two years from
the date of the annual meeting. Anna Rosenberry, as Assistant City Manager, oversees many aspects and departments, which have a direct correlation with MMIA. Workers’ compensation,
liability and property claims, and employee benefits are the most significant examples. Ms.
Rosenberry has served the City for nearly fourteen years and would be an excellent
representative on behalf of the City of Bozeman. She was also recently elected as Chair of the
board.
