PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER PIPELINE EASEMENT
The Estate of Eugene Graf, Jr. and Genevieve S. Graf, of Bozeman,
Montana, the GRANTOR, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) ,
and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
acknowledged, grants to the City of Bozeman, a municipal cor-
poration of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main,
Bozeman, Montana 59771-0640, GRANTEE, a perpetual sanitary sewer
pipeline easement for the use of the public, in, through, and
across a strip of land fifteen feet wide, situated in the City of
Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, to be located on the following
described property:
A tract of land being a portion of Lot 7 of Graf's Second Subdi-
vision situated in the S.E. ~ of Section 18, T. 2S. , R. 6E. , P.M.M.,
City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, and being further
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the southwest corner of Lot 7,
Graf's Second Subdivision: thence from said point of beginning
along the southwesterly line of said Lot 7 N27'17'00"W a distance
of 122.20 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 7, said point also
being the southwest corner of Lot 8, Graf's Second Subdivision:
thence along the lot line common to said Lots 7 & 8 N53'02'OO"E a
distance of 15.22 feet: thence across Lot 7 S27'17'OO"E a distance
of l25.28 feet to a point on the lot line comon to Lots 7 and 6 of
Graf's Second Subdivision: thence along said line S64'42'OO"W a
distance of 15.01 feet to the point of beginning.
The GRANTORS warrant that they are lawfully seized and possessed
of the real property described above, that they have a lawful
right to convey the property, or any part of it, and that they
will forever defend the title to this property against the claims
of all persons.
The GRANTORS further agree that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and
enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any
interruption by the GRANTORS.

The terms, covenants and provisions of this easement shall extend
to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, per-
sonal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and
