following described property:
Lot 1, Minor Subdivision No. 162, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record
in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana
The center line of said easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 1: thence northwesterly 30T08' 15",
assumed azimuth from north, 389.59 feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 to
point of beginning of the center line to be described; thence southwesterly 219015'11" ,
azimuth 88.94 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point A; thence continuing
southwesterly 219015' 11" azimuth 12.47 feet; thence westerly 263040'51" azimuth
51.96 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point B; thence continuing westerly
263040'51" azimuth 22.28 feet; thence northwesterly 314008'52" azimuth 31.54 feet
to the west line of said Lot 1 and there terminating.
Together with a 38.00 foot wide easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across said Lot 1. The center line of said easement is described as follows:

and there terminating.
Together with a 20.00 foot wide easement for public utility purposes over, under and
