To whom it may concern,
I can confirm that the City of Bozeman's in-person ethics training for
calendar year 2016 included between 1 to 1.5 hours of study, instruction, and
completion, and that the City has record of Jeff Krauss's attendance and completion
of said training on November 16, 2016.
