RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commission continue the public hearing to September 17, 2018 as requested by the applicant. RECOMMENDED MOTION: I hereby continue the public hearing on application 18217,
Maple Terrace Zone Map Amendment from August 20, 2018 to September 17, 2018. BACKGROUND: This is an application for a Zone Map Amendment to rezone .67 gross acres / 29,210 square feet from R-1 Residential Low Density to R-O Residential Office as allowed by Section 38.260.100 of
the Bozeman Municipal Code. The property is generally located north of Durston Road and east of N. 19th Avenue and is legally described as Lots 25 and 26, Block A of Maple Terrace Subdivision, and the adjacent Montana Department of Transportation right-of-way & right-of-way acquisition, said tracts being located in the Southwest One-Quarter of Section 1, Township 2
South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana. Due to applicant conflict, the item needed to be moved. Staff recommends that this item be moved to the agenda of September 17, 2018.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available: 1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
