This is a very succinct and understandable analysis of “why developers only build luxury housing”. You won’t be
surprised that the answer is multi‐faceted, but as presented it makes perfect sense. Many of the cause‐and‐effect
explanations are certainly at play here in Bozeman. I hope this is helpful in our efforts to address affordability.
