PUBLIC STREET EASEMENT
BOZEMAN PARTNERS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, of420 5TH Avenue S., P.O. Box 1086,
LaCrosse, WI 54602-1086, GRANTOR, in consideration of $1.00 and for other valuahle
considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants to the City of Bozeman, a municipal
corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main, P.O. Box 640, Bozeman, MT
59771-0640, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a perpetual street and utility casement for
the use of the public, in, tlrrough, and across a strip ofland situated in Gallatin County, Montana,
32.5 feet wide, to be located on the following deserihed real property:
Tract 1, Certificate of Survey No. 2082, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in
the onice of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, and located in the NW 1/4,
SE 1/4, Section 1, T. 2 S., R. 5 E. of P.M.M.
Said Tract 1 contains 5.900 acres.
The Easement is more particularly described and shown on the attached Easement Exhibit A,
which by this reference is made a part hereof.
The GRANTOR states that he possesses the real property descrihed above and that he has
a lawful right to grant an easement thereon.
The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peaceahly hold and enjoy the
rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR.
The terms, covenants and provisions or this easement shall extend to and be binding upon
the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the
parties hereto.
