SUBJECT: Authorize the City Manager to sign public access easements, a public drainage easement, a public street and utility easement, a water pipeline access easement and agreement, and a conditional irrevocable offer of
dedication with Bozeman High School District 7 for the Bozeman High

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign public access easements, a public drainage easement, a public street and utility easement, a water pipeline access easement and agreement, and a conditional irrevocable offer of dedication with Bozeman High School District 7 for the Bozeman High
School project.
BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed easements. Engineering staff reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
