J. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your comments to three minutes. K. Action Items 1. Norton East Ranch Phase 4 Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat, Dividing 93 Acres to Create 23 Lots, Located South of May Fly Street and on Either Side of Laurel Parkway, Application 17490 (Quasi-Judicial) (Garber) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 17490 and move to approve the subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 2. PT Land Phase 3 Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat, Located Southwest of the Intersection of North 11th Avenue and Baxter Lane, Application 17315 (Quasi-Judicial) (Krueger) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 17315 and move to approve the PT Land Phase 3 Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 3. Discussion and Direction to the Planning Board Regarding Contents and Focus for the Growth Policy (Bozeman Community Plan) Update (Saunders) Consider the motion: No specific motion is required. 4. Appointment to the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board (BBAB) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board to a term ending June 30, 2021. 5. Appointment to the Bozeman Downtown Business Improvement District Board (BDBID) (Sweeney) Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, July 16, 2018 Page 4 of 5 Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Bozeman Downtown Business Improvement District Board to a term ending June 30, 2022. 6. Appointment(s) to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board (BHPAB) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to four members to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board to the following positions and terms: Two Professional Designation positions, terms ending June 30, 2020, and/or Two At-Large positions, terms ending June 30, 2020. 7. Appointment to the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board (CAHAB) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board to the following position and term: One Citizen with Demonstrated Interest in Special Needs Housing position, term ending June 30, 2021. 8. Appointment to the Library Board of Trustees (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Library Board of Trustees to a term ending June 30, 2023. 9. Appointment(s) to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee (TOP) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to two members to the Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee to the following positions and terms: One Finance position, term ending April 15, 2021, and/or One Recreation and Parks Advisory Board Member position, term ending April 15, 2021.
