Is there any other information that you feel we need to know?
Although the current TOP Bond projects and disbursements are winding down, I believe my experience on
the board and my knowledge of the current projects and process will be useful in wrapping up the current
projects and potentially funding one or more additional small projects. Since the TOP Bond has nearly
completed the flagship projects that it was created for, I would be excited and I believe well-qualified to
consider possibilities for the remaining funds if there are any. I would appreciate the opportunity to finish
this work by remaining on the TOP Board.
