FROM: Rick Hixson, City Engineer SUBJECT: Authorize the City Manager to execute the Task Order for 2018 - 2019 Remediation Systems Oversight, Bozeman Landfill
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent MEETING DATE: July 16, 2018 RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Task Order for 2018 - 2019 Remediation Systems Oversight, Bozeman Landfill. BACKGROUND: The purpose of this task order is to allow Tetra Tech to continue oversight of operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the remediation systems at the Bozeman Landfill.
This task order, when approved, will replace Task Order 2017-2018 Remediation Systems Oversight. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. FISCAL EFFECTS: The cost of this work will be $151,678.00. This is $17,273.00 less than the task order for the same work in 2017-2018. This work will be paid for with solid waste funds. ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
