RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Lift Station Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Lift Station Agreement for the above referenced property. The Agreement provides for a surcharge for the financing of the costs of the operation and maintenance of the lift station servicing the subdivision. Engineering staff has reviewed the
document and found it to be acceptable.
