B. Contractor Firm Information:
1. Permits would be provided for by the city. K&E Enterprises would call in utility location.
K&E would hire a safety control company to control traffic flow. At that point street
would be cut and road debris removed. K&E would then dig down to main water line
exposing service line. We would turn off corp for the service line. Dig up service line
back to curb box and remove lead service line. At that point K&E would install new
service line between corp and curb box. Then K &E would inspect line from curb box to
house. If that line is lead, we would proceed with replacement of that line. We would
backfill and compact ground. And then proceed with paving and landscaping as required.
2. K&E Enterprises completed a sewer & water tap and install in Three Forks on May 14th.
K&E Enterprises consistently hooks water lines from curb box to residential homes they
are constructing, we completed 22 of these last year with our normal scope of work. We
consistently work with septic and well installations throughout the course of construction.
