Again, what a lost opportunity to use these mitigation funds for additional restoration on Story Mill Creek, right next to the impact, or something that directly benefits the City of Bozeman and the impacts we are facing from growth pressure. Would it be possible for you to provide us with the City’s review process and code that determines how these permits are reviewed and approved? Is this the Planning or Engineering department? Would we be able to come to a City Commission meeting and give a presentation on what this means for the City when mitigation is done over 90 miles away? Please let me know what opportunities may exist for us to work with the City on this project and future projects.
