Ruggiero Rooftop Deviation Request - Application 18157
We own the home directly across the street from Mr. Ruggiero’s house to the north. We understand that Mr.
Ruggiero is requesting the City to re-approve construction of a sunroom on the northwest corner of his roof. We
have reviewed the architectural drawings for the proposed project and are in support of allowing him to build the
sunroom.
