6:00 Q&A
6:10 Planning Board Members, PCC and Public break into 3-6 groups for small
group discussion. Each group should have representation of each
jurisdiction.
Each group will discuss the following 3 questions. It is appropriate to have a
range of opinions on the three discussion topics, but with the short time we
have, the reporting will focus on common themes, ideas and suggestions
from each group.
A PCC member will serve as the scribe and moderator for each group. Each
topic / question will have 15 minutes of discussion. Jennifer will track time
and be available for facilitation support.
Additional comments will be captured on post-it notes and placed on the flip
chart topics on the walls.
Q1. How can we continue to strengthen communication between
jurisdictions?
Continuing the PCC?
MOUs or inter-local agreements or regional structure?
Jurisdiction map that incorporates development standards,
infrastructure planning and capital improvement plans updated annually
(Billings example)?
Q2. How can we support community outreach?
What are the best approaches to community engagement?
Are there specific organizations or community groups that we
should do outreach to?
Should we have an online and/or media option for feedback?
Q3. What does a joint plan for the triangle look like? What are the most
important elements for coordination between our jurisdictions?
Shared standards for Infrastructure – water and sewer?
Shared standards for Roads, sidewalks, bike lanes, trails, public
transit, complete streets?

service we want to maintain?
