BOZEMAN PARKING COMMISSION
AGENDA

A. Call to Order - 7:30 AM – City Commission Chamber, City Hall, 121 North Rouse
B. Changes to the Agenda
C. Approval of May 2018 minutes (See Attachment Exhibit 1)
D. Public Comment – Members of the audience or their agent may
be invited to present testimony or evidence. To be recognized, each
person desiring to give testimony or evidence shall step forward and, after
being recognized, give their name and address for the record. The
presiding officer may establish a time frame for each public comment but in
no case shall such timeframe be less than three (3) minutes per speaker.
The presiding officer may lengthen or shorten the time allotted for public
testimony.
E. Action Items
1. Discuss/Approve/Deny appointment of Mark Egge to the Bozeman
Parking Commission – Executive Committee. (See Attachment Exhibit 2)
2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Parking Program Manager’s recommendation
for expansion of the Montana State University Residential Parking Permit
Program to include the 900 Block of South Grand and W. Alderson between
S. 14th and S. 15th. (See Attachment Exhibit 3)
3. Review Lease Limit Calculation (as of 6/5/18), and provide any
guidance to the Parking Program Manager. (See Attachment Exhibit 4)
4. Discuss/Approve Deny Bozeman Parking Commission Resolution
2018-04, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOZEMAN PARKING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, RECOMMENDING
AMENDMENT OF THE FEE FOR CASH IN LIEU PAYMENT OPTION TO
THE OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENT UNDER SECTION
18.50.120 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE BY INCREASING THE
FEE FROM $5000 TO 25,000.00 PER PARKING SPACE. (See Attachment
Exhibit 5)
F. Parking Program Manager Report, to include brief presentation of
the reporting capabilities of new T2 software/LPR technology. (See
Attachment Exhibit 6)
G. New Business.
H. Adjournment.
The next Bozeman Parking Commission meeting will be held July 12,
2018, 7:30 am, at City Hall.
