Dear Commisioner,
I hope all is well. My name is Tavin Davis. I am an emerging international artist currentlyattending school at Montana State University. The reason for my reaching out is to ask about the
cities current interest in Public Art Projects. Perhaps even simpler your interest in even receivingproposals for a public art project. If the city would be interested, I would be very interested in
proposing and discussing a public sculpture to be installed in the sculpture park located near thepublic library. If a proposal of this kind would in fact be of interest, I would really like to talk.
