Mr. Mehl,
Several months ago, I started a compost company in Bozeman. Last night, I noticed on the news that Bozeman is
going to spend upwards of $45,000 to purchase a tractor to improve the composting operations.
I would like the opportunity to present my services to you and the rest of the city council at your earliest
convenience because I believe my services would be more cost effective for the city.
