the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your
comments to three minutes.
D. Minutes – May 8 and May 22, 2018
E. Discussion/Action Items
1. Discussion regarding wetlands and cash-in-lieu of parkland monies – with representatives of Recreation and Parks Advisory Board and Director Mitch Overton 2. Resolution No. 2018-2 supporting the Memorandum of Understanding for the Cottonwood & Ida project and recommending consideration and approval by the City Commission (Discussion; motion and vote to or not to adopt resolution)
3. Updates on current projects – KLJ 4. Staff updates on items of interest to the Board – Brit Fontenot
5. Update on financial status of NURB fund – Robin Sullivan
6. Set agenda for July 3, 2018 meeting or cancel meeting
