Dear Madams and Sirs
My name is Don Woody; I am principal owner of DJ Woody Properties LLC. The LLC
owns an office building located at 1871 South 22°d Ave. which is adjacent to the property
under consideration for re-zoning from B-2 to B-2M. The property in question is Lots 1
& 6 of Kagy Crossroads Minor Subdivision. It is presently a vacant lot West of
Stockman's Bank and East of my building.
Last year the lot to the North was changed from B-2 to a conditional use permit; it has
turned into apartment buildings.
It is my opinion that if left unchecked the area will be a patchwork of residential and
business properties. This type of situation is not conducive to conducting business. The
entire area was originally designated for business operations.
The proposed construction of student housing between two established businesses is
completely detrimental to run a business.
I would like to go on record formally protesting the rezoning of this area.
