This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with an
enclosed front entry with a "gable roof. The twobay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-
hung windows, and a picture window that has been modified from the original .
The frame construction is finished in cedar siding which is rough sawn, and
sits on a cinderblock foundation. The gable-hipped combination roof is covered
with cedar shingles and features boxed eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendi=
cular to the street. The exterior of the structure has been remodeled .
