This detached two story single-family residence has a square plan with an
open front porch with solid railing, wood supports and a hipped roof across
the entire front. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central
glass-paned front entrance with 8/1 double-hung windows. The frame con-
struction is finished in clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation.
The hipped roof is covered with rust asphalt shingles and features a hipped=
roof dormer and boxed eaves. There is one brick side chimney. Outbuildings
include a garage.
