This detached one-and-one=half story single-family porch- and-gable-fronted
residence has a rectangular plan with cross-gable and an open front porch
with a hipped roof, attenuated turned wood columns, a simple grill balustrade,
and a gablet over the entrance to the porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by two large leaded
glass windows. A row of three double-dung windows with 1/1 sash arrangement
are centered above the porch roof, between the partially returning eaves of the
front-facing gable. The frame construction is finished in 4" beveled siding
and shingles on the gable ends. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with red and grey asphalt shingles and features a cross-gable
returning eaves and overhanging eaves. There is one central brick interior
chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
