I want to put in a recommendation to wherever this needs to go to about roads and lights in Bozeman:
The light on Rouse and Main needs to have a yellow left hand turn light. The backup during the busy times
of the day is ridiculous and I am not sure why there aren't yellow turn lights on Main Street. But the Rouse
and Main light is probably the worst.
Just wanted to send over my recommendation.
