Dear Madames/Sirs:
I request that the City of Bozeman Commission reclaim jurisdiction for the Icon
Apartments at Ferguson Farm, SP Application18135, MSP Application 17542. I sent
an email on May 13, 2013 to Ms. Courtney Johnson outlining in more detail my
concerns about the project. I know I am not alone in my conclusion that this project
will have an extremely detrimental impact on the area and that the Commission
should have full knowledge of what these impacts will be.
