To whom it may concern,
I am a valley west resident and I am not in favor of the proposed Icon Apartment
development. With the new schools going in I feel the congestion will be high and that areawould be best used as a community area for restaurants, coffee shop and other amenities. We
are loosing these needed areas in and around Bozeman with all of the residential building.Valley West and neighboring subdivisions need these amenities as It would lend to less traffic
congestion in town as we could easily walk bike to them.
