Dear Bozeman City Commissioners,
Please consider reclaiming the proposed Icon Apartments at Ferguson Farm (SP Application18135, MSP Application 17542 Project). The density of this project is immense, and though
the impact it will have on our neighborhood and Bozeman is uncertain, it will no doubt bevast. As 1000-1400 people are supposed to be moving into a space that does not accommodate
such, please consider the enormity of this project proposal, and the impact it will have ongreater Bozeman. Is this the Bozeman way? Dense infill?
We have concerns about insufficient parking availability and open spaces preservation, and
keeping our neighborhood integrity intact. Won't you consider building single family homes inthat area instead?
