Dear Bozeman City Commission,
We are writing to request that the city reclaim the icon apartments at Ferguson Farm, SP Application 18135, MSP
17542 project. We have concerns about the project as it currently stands, specifically occupancy, parking, and height
of the units. We realize housing is a priority in Bozeman but it is also important to consider how the structures will
interact with existing neighborhoods. Thanks for your consideration.
