Dear Bozeman City Commission,
I would like to see the very large development that is proposed for Icon Apartments receive the proper review by the
City Commissioners.
Please reclaim the Icon Apartments at Ferguson Farms project.
The project will have a significant impact on my neighborhood. Traffic, noise and congestion alone will have a
negative effect on Cottonwood Condos where I live. While the land is zoned for residential development, the entire
Commission needs to review this project. I am not opposed to additional living units as Bozeman clearly needs
them. This projects just seems too large and ill planned for this neighborhood.
