Dear Bozeman Commissioners:
My wife Mary and I reside at 44 Stafford Ave, in very close proximity to the proposed Icon
Apartments proposal at Ferguson Farms off W Babcock. and Resort Dr. We believe that the
proposed project will have a severe impact on the surrounding neighborhood and that there needs
to be more time for the residents impacted by this development to determine the affect this will
have on a number of issues including, but not limited to, parking and property values.
For this reason we respectively request that City Commission reclaim Application # 17542 to allow all
of us to further assess the negative impact of the proposed density, building height, and parking
presented by the developers.
