On January 4, 2018 the City Commission finally approved changes to Chapter 38 of the Bozeman Municipal Code.
The changes were effective as of March 31, 2018.

I live at 993 Cottonwood Road. I want to give public comment regarding - Application #18085.
I believe that the new high school should be required to provide irrigation, grass and trees surrounding the new high
school. The exceptions listed should be not allowed. All the other schools have put grass, trees, etc. around the
school.
