Resolution 4906, Requesting Distribution of Bridge and Road Safety and Accountability Program Funds Created by House Bill 473 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-8 as submitted. H. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your comments to three minutes. I. Action Items 1. Resolution 4760, Modification of Special Improvement Lighting District (SILD) Number 735 for Pine Meadows Subdivision to Include Valley Meadows Subdivision (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4760, Modification of Special Improvement Lighting District Number 735 for Pine Meadows Subdivision to Include Valley Meadows Subdivision. 2. The Lakes at Valley West Phase 5 and 6 Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD), Application 18023 (Quasi-Judicial) (Rosenberg) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 18023 and move to approve the preliminary planned unit development with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 3. The Lakes at Valley West Phase 5 and 6 Preliminary Plat, Application 18022 (Quasi-Judicial) (Rosenberg) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 18022 and move to approve the subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 4. Bozeman School District 7 Second Bozeman High School Site Plan Application Agency Exemptions, Application 18085 (Johnson) Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, May 7, 2018 Page 3 of 3 Consider the motion: No official motion is required by the City Commission. 5. Consider Placing the Bozeman Public Safety Facility on the November 6, 2018 General Election Ballot (Surratt) Consider the motion: I move to direct the City Manager to bring back at an upcoming meeting the resolution with ballot language and levy amounts for final approval for placement of the Bozeman Public Safety Facility project on the November 6, 2018 general election ballot. 6. Appointment to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (RPAB) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board to a term ending December 31, 2020. 7. Approve the City Manager’s Appointment to the Police Commission (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to approve the City Manager’s appointment of one member to the Police Commission to a term ending April 30, 2021.
