NOTICE REGARDING CONVERSION OF SPACE
780 IMMANUEL WAY
BOZEMAN, MONTANA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of 780 Immanuel Way that the
attic area located over the garage was not included in the impact fee calculation at the time of the
original building permit#18-26470 as it did not meet the criteria for living area.
PLEASE BE ADVISED,that:
• Any work to alter the space area including but not limited to adding sheet rock or heating
capacity may cause the space to meet the criteria for living area which would require
payment of additional impact fees.
• Potential purchasers or tenants are advised to contact the City of Bozeman Department of
Community Development to determine whether proposed improvements are allowed and
in compliance with permitted standards.
This notice pertains to 780 Immanuel Way, legally described as Lot 3, Block 4, Westbrook
Subdivision.
