I talked with you about this several weeks ago and have been waiting for the survey to be completed. This cable will be buried at a minimum depth of 30 inches and will not interefere with any of the cemeteries plots or water systems. If our plans are still agreeable to you would you please have the easement signed where indicated, have the sig- nature notarized and send the form back to me in the self- addressed envelope.
