hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to THE MONTANA POWER COMPANY, a Montana
corporation, of 40 East Broadway, Butte, MT 59701-9989, and to its successors and assigns,
an easement /~- feet in width upon which to construct, operate, maintain, replace and re-
move an electric powerline, communication system and necessary appurtenances over, under,

TOGETHER with reasonable right of ingress to and egress from said right of way over lands
of the Grantor(s) using existing roads and trails where practicable, and the right to
clear and remove all timber and brush from the right of way feet on each side of
said line and to cut and remove such trees outside of such right of way which may endanger
said line or lines.
THE GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the Grantee that it is lawfully seized and possessed
of the real estate above-described, that it has a good and lawful right to convey it, or
any part thereof.
