Action Items 1. 17597 “Pile B” Zone Text Amendments (Rogers) Citywide. Zone text amendments to modify various standards in Chapter 38 of the Bozeman Municipal Code initiated by the City Commission.  Staff Report  Provisional Adoption Ordinance 1994 06:02:55 PM (00:01:59) Planner Tom Rogers provided a brief overview of each of the 9 amendments proposed in relation to the 5 separate context areas including: 1) Neighborhood; 2) Accessory Dwelling Units; 3) Cottage Housing Standards; 4) Separation area between Medical Marijuana and public/private schools; 5) Off‐Site Parking distance for residential development.
