Minutes - January 18 and February 7, 2000, and January 30, April 20, and April 30, 2001 6. Consent Items - a. Proclamation - "Public Works Week" - May 20-26, 2001 b. One-year extension of preliminary plat approval for Kamp Minor Subdivision (subdivide 7.0381 acres in the NE%, Section 8, T2S, R6E, MPM, into five lots) (westernmost lot in Burrup Annexation) - Dan Kamp for himself, Harold and Winona Vandermolen, and John and Martha Kamp (P-9708) (JO) c. Award bid - Burrup lift station improvements - Big X, Inc., Bozeman, Montana - in base bid amount of $59,800 d. Ratify City Manager's signature - Agreement with Cheryn Fairbairn for continued coordination of neighborhood activities after expiration of VISTA program e. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 7. Presentation of 2001-2002 Convention and Visitors' Bureau marketing plan - David Smith and Cynthia Andrus 8. Public hearing - Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit Development - Tange Family Trust - allow development of mixed use commercial/retail planned unit development consisting of five buildings and reduce required off-street parking requirements by approximately 11 percent on 4.6223 described as portion of the amended plat of Block 3, Tange's Subdivision (along north side of West Oak Street at its intersection with North 11th Avenue extended) (Z-01030) (OS) Open and continue to May 14, to give the Design Review Board an opportunity to complete its review and forward a recommendation 13. Public hearing - intent to annex 1.869-acre parcel described as Parcel B, CDS No. 2056 (south side of West Villard Street between Greenway Drive and Western Drive) (A-01 01) (JM) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to direct staff to bring back annexation agreement) 14. Public hearing - Zone Map Amendment - Springer Group Architects for Willowbrook Development, Ltd. - establish initial zoning designation of "R-3a" on 1.869-acre parcel described as Parcel B, CDS No. 2056 (south side of West Villard Street between Greenway Drive and Western Drive) (Z-01 017) (JM) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote 15. Public hearing - Major Site Plan and Certificate of Appropriateness - Comma-Q Architecture for Community Food Co-op - allow construction of a 9,950-square-foot addition to existing building on Lots 16 and 17, Block G, Story's Addition, with deviations from Sections 18.30.050 and 18.50.110.F., Bozeman Municipal Code to allow the north facade of the building to encroach 23112 feet into required 25-foot front yard setback, allow addition to encroach into the side yard setback to the side property line, and to reduce the number of on-site parking spaces from 53 to 42 spaces (Z-01 0126) (OS) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote 16.
