a Montana
corporation, 8346 Huffine Lane, Bozeman, MT 59715, does hereby
assign I bargain, sell, set over and convey unto the City of
Bozeman, a municipal corporation of the state of Montana, with
offices at 411 East Main street (P.O. Box 640), Bozeman, MT 59771-
0640, all of its right, title and interest in and to all property
acquired by the undersigned by virtue of that certain grant of
"Temporary Turnaround Easements," dated July 10, 1995, whereby
Grace E. France and Joanne L. Cape granted and conveyed to Garrity
Homes lIne., a Montana corporation, the following nonexclusive
temporary turnaround easements for street and vehicular traffic
purposes:
A. Temporary turnaround easement - Maple Wood street.
A temporary turnaround easement, 50' in radius, at
the end of Maple Wood street in Brentwood Subdivision,
Phase 2, to the city of. Bozeman, Gallatin county,
Montana, as shown and more particularly described on
Exhibit A, attached; and
B. Temporary turnaround easement - Windsor street.
A temporary turnaround easement, 50' in radius, at
the end of Windsor street in Brentwood Subdivision, Phase
2, to the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, as
shown and more particularly described on Exhibit A,
attached.
See Exhibit A, attached hereto.
This assignment is subject to all the terms and conditions set
forth in the foregoing grant, titled "Temporary Turnaround
Easements."
