Box 640, Bozeman, Montana 59771-0640, GRANTEE, a temporary cul-de-sac easement for the use by the public in, through, and across a strip of land situated in the City of Bozeman, to be located on the following described real property: A portion of the SW 1/4, Section 11, T2S, R5E, r.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, known as Bozeman Interfaith I-Iousing-2 Minor Subdivision according to the official plat thereofon file and of record in the office of the County Clerk & Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, as shown and more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto. The GRANTOR warrants that it is lawfully seized and possessed of the real property described above, that it has a lawful right to convey the property, or any part of it, and that it will forever defend the title to this property against the claims of all persons. The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peacefully hold and cnjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR. The terms, covenants and provisions of this easement and agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the hcirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors ancl assigns of the parties hereto.
