Dear City Commission,
My name is Wyatt Hicks, current President of the Baxter Meadows Master
Homeowners Association. It has been brought to our Board's attention that a
property is listed for sale with the possible intent of rezoning to allow for more than a
single family home. Although I do not know the particulars of this proposed sale and
development, I can tell you that our Board would be opposed to changing any existing
zoning in the neighborhood. That area in particular contains large single family
homes on the largest lots in the community. Surrounding homeowners to the
proposed site would not have made the large investment in their properties if they felt
there was ever a chance of allowing anything other than single family houses.

when more details are available.
