Dear hard working City Commissioners and City Manager,
I hope you had a chance to look at the package I sent earlier this week depicting the 2121 W Main
Street acreage. In regards to that property, the seller is willing to trade $3,500,000 of the asking
price for the 7.831 Acre parcel that the City of Bozeman owns on Tamarack and Rouse. He is willing
to sell his acreage on Main Street as either the full 10+/- acres with the 48,000 square foot building
for $5,000,000 plus the trade, or 7.5+/-acres with the building for $4,000,000 plus the trade.
It seems that tax payers would view as favorable, the value of having Main street acreage with an
existing 48,000 square foot building to accomplish the completion of a new Law and Justice Center.
