This detached one-story fraternity has an L-shaped plan with a recessed
front entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and has fixed and double hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer and shiplap
siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat roof features over-
hanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street.
