Today Community Development received the attached public comment letter in regards to the New
High School.
Additionally, there was another property owner that visited our office asking project specific
questions. Marty and myself had a brief conversation with them. They are planning to submit formal
comment this coming week.

On January 4, 2018 the City Commission finally approved changes to Chapter 38 of the Bozeman
Municipal Code. The changes are effective on March 31, 2018. Any application that does not
received Adequacy, as defined by this chapter, prior to March 31, 2018 will be reviewed under the
revised Chapter 38.
