PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a small sed roof over the entranceway. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and
consists of a central front entrance flanked by two 4/4 double-hung windows.
The roof over the entrance is supported by two wood posts. The frame construction
is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with metal shingles and features boxed,overhanging eaves. There is a
central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events associated
with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributiing element within a
potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
