As a homeowner on S. 6th Ave. I am STRONGLY opposed to allowing "time limited parking" in my neighborhood. My husband and I have 2 cars for our household of five. One can park in the short driveway but the other always has to park in the street. With 3 kids, we are always coming and going. To run to the store and come back with no place to park would be a major disruption in our lives. Most of the homes on our block are owned by the families who live in them. Almost all have kids. This is not the suburbs; 2 car garages in this neighborhood of old homes are very rare. We need every square inch of street parking we can get. Also, time limited parking would massively increase the traffic in the area. We chose this neighborhood because it is quiet. Plus, there are tons of kids in our neighborhood and I fear the increase in car traffic would be a safety issue for them. I am unable to attend the meeting on April 23rd. Thank you for taking my comments seriously. Thank you, City Of Bozeman This is an automated message generated by the Vision Content Management Systemâ„¢. Please do not reply directly to this email.
