"Time Limited Parking," supposedly monitored by a sophisticated drive-by detection system, is an incredibly
backasswards thing to do: The present restrictions and permit system works very well for most, if not, all of
us in the district. Is there a study that presents this approach as a way to INCREASE parking (fine) revenue,
you might want to share it with those of us who pay taxes AND buy parking permits.
