Dear Commissioners,
Attached is a 10+/- acre parcel on Main Street, Bozeman with a 48,000 square feet building. I believe
the tax payers of Bozeman and Gallatin County would enthusiastically back a plan to save millions of
tax dollars by utilizing this existing building. The location allows access on major entry corridors to all
points in the City and Valley. Please review the information and call or email me your
